This is the professional version of plugin we already have. Carol's developer indicates that the Center is willing to pay for a single licence (@25.00) and have it activated on the Center's site only.

Yes, we can do this. Could you please ask Carol to have her office purchase the plugin license from advancedcustomfields.com, and then send a zip of the plugin files? I'll switch this ticket to private so that they can be uploaded here.
Please also point Carol toward https://dev.commons.gc.cuny.edu/hosting-partner-handbook/#plugin-and-theme-requests - her office will be responsible for maintaining the license, and monitoring for plugin updates in the future.
