As a rule, we don't provide database and file bundles for export. Sites in the CUNY Academic Commons are part of a large WordPress network, and things like MySQL table prefixes, file paths, and user account IDs will not make sense for import to another installation. We encourage the use of WordPress's native export tool (Dashboard > Tools > Export), which generates an XML file that can be used for import to another WordPress installation. When importing into the new installation, WP will give you the option of bringing over old file attachments.
If this doesn't work for some reason, please have the user provide some more info and we'll see what we can do.
I've added Scott to this ticket, because it might be helpful to build out a bit more info about this process on the Help pages. See https://help.commons.gc.cuny.edu/importing-and-exporting-site-content/
