closedBuddyPress doc disappeared after being created by Maura Smale

In group https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/itp-core-2-course-planning/ Maura created a doc called - https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/itp-core-2-course-planning/docs/links-to-core-2-course-groups-sites-from-prior-semesters/ (see activity stream), but it isn't in the list of docs and the url does not pull it up.
I did notice that, in her title, there was a slash in between "groups" and "sites" - i.e. (groups/sites) - not sure if that has anything to do with it. I tried to add a doc similarly, and it worked.

BuddyPress Docs added a feature a version or two ago that enables Akismet spam prevention for newly created Docs. It looks like Maura's Doc got marked as spam - probably because of all of the links - and it was held in moderation. I've cleared it from moderation, so you should see it in lists now.
