problems with testing environment

Description
When I change the hosts file and try to go to https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/, I get a "There is a problem with this website’s security certificate" error message (see attached screenshot). I'm on a PC and have tried three browsers.
Files
- Category name set to Dev site
- Status changed from New to Reporter Feedback
- Target version set to Not tracked
Hi Marilyn - Make sure your /etc/hosts file is pointed at 146.96.128.252, not 146.96.128.253 (note the final 2 in place of 3). cdev changed IP addresses a couple months ago, and I may not have done a good enough job publicizing it to the whole team. Let me know if this solves it for you.
