Referring to the help page here: https://help.commons.gc.cuny.edu/privacy-settings/
The screenshot is out of date and the lingo/path is misleading. For sites, privacy settings are now under Settings>Reading. This more recent path is often confusing to users. If users are looking for privacy, its not immediately clear that this will be located under reading, so it would be helpful if the help documentation reflected the correct path.

Laurie was already a user on the site and I upgraded her to Admin. Also I invited Krysia.
I made changes to that page too - ancient documentation :)
