Description
At some point during the middle of the group creation process the group is created in the database. I believe it's step 2. After this step (it can be at the top of step 3, or separate message) there should be a message that says "Congratulations! You're group is created, please continue with the process and configure your options).
Something to think about is whether, if you stop at this step, you can still configure the Blog at another time.
