- Sites that do not have Campus and Primary Purpose filled in will see the template_notice
- Visible only to site administrators (manage_options)
- It will be possible to dismiss the notice

Added in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/c870e757ea95cbd85e1aa00f5a9f28cec9ad80f3

I believe this was left out of the final designs, and I didn't see the language specified in the task force's Google Doc. I assume it's still happening, so I combined the initial design from the wireframes with a version of the language from the group design. See screenshot. This can be revised if necessary.

Yes, that's correct. I didn't include this in design since we're reusing styles that already exist for dashboard notifications.
