Description

Hi Ray,
The calendar on the GCDI site recently went down; right now its only showing the shortcode. I thought it was a license issue (and certainly it was, but I've resolved that with the plugin team), but now that the license is properly tied to the site again, the calendar is still not showing. I'm not sure why. Other than the license issue, I haven't changed any of the settings for the calendar or added any plugins to the site.. Could you please advise?

Thanks,
kristen

Hi Kristen,

According to the admin dashboard, it says we need to use the latest version of Events Calendar Pro:

To begin using Events Calendar Pro, please install and activate the latest version of Events Calendar Pro.

Do you have a copy of the latest version of Events Calendar Pro that you can pass on to me? Their website says the latest version is 4.7.4, the Commons is currently using v4.6.2.

Thanks Kristen for sending me the plugin privately.

I've just updated Events Calendar Pro in the following commit: https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/d0830b7d874ed7b88ad3df34078c35624f9b8320

Hopefully that fixes things when the next maintenance release is deployed tomorrow around noon ET. Will leave this open just to verify if the plugin update worked.

I can verify that the calendar page is now rendering again after updating the Events Calendar Pro plugin.

Marking as resolved.
