We do not currently provide this functionality.

I’d like to set up essentially a private Craigslist for the GC that can be a repository for the ads for housing, roommates, bookshelves, bikes, and editing needs that currently go out on departmental listservs can all be displayed in one central location, searchably, where they won’t get lost at the bottom of a stack of emails. I need this plug-in to make the site work.

The plugin was last updated on August 29. 93,000+ downloads. Average 4.5 star rating. Some posts on the WP forums saying it doesn't work (but people always complain). Might want to test.

The ClassiPress theme is added in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/3de17de24c4c697d5ecea6b8cfb4b8e973f4ff5f
Before closing the ticket, I want to clarify what the purpose of this theme is. Are we making this theme available to all blogs? Or will the theme be used only for the development of a centralized Classifieds area?

Good question. I'm fine with having it be enabled network wide, though we can/should discuss this with the subcommittee. Is it even possible, given our current setup, to have a theme be available to only one sub-blog?

It's possible for a network admin to enable a theme on a blog without making it available to the entire network.
