Boone,
Since we're working on the Groups Library in #3176, let's keep this in mind when we implement the new UI, to make sure it's fully mobile compatible.

I think with the new Group Library UI, we can probably close this ticket (#3176) since the the sidebar is no longer... Thoughts?
