Description

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I just tried to remove the title from one of my existing test groups on the live site, and I got an error message for the required title. However, there is a group on the live site that doesn't have a title: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/tbd/

Not sure how that was possible, but not having a title isn't useful for our users. This group might be a legacy group (active 6 yrs ago), so we might be able to remove it or add a title.

Thanks, Sonja. I checked the database and this is the only group with no title. Let's chalk it up as a fluke.

I've given it a name and a description, so that it's not malformed in directories.
