Description

As discussed the other day:
- Wipe old server (probably should do one last backup of old production data, just in case ;) )
- Upgrade it to latest Red Hat
- Sync new production data back to 210 (in addition to php.ini config)

Marking this under 1.2.5 milestone, because the new staging server must be in place before the new 1.2.5 can be tested by community team and released.
