User Pat Laurence created a commons account using her email pat.laurence@gmail.com. Her username is briscoe (https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/users.php?s=briscoe&action=-1&new_role&bbp-new-role&bbp-bulk-users-nonce=53f8097c5f&paged=1&action2=-1&new_role2&bbp-new-role2)

I am trying to invite her to this groups - https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/poets-together/ - but the invite modal won't populate her username, and using the email sparks an error.

What should I do?

Is this happening because the group was created before the username?
