support/send us a message link obscured

I'm having an issue with the support/send us a message link; the message box gets hidden behind any other screen I'm in, so that I cannot type in it or send--is this a bug that others have been experiencing? It is happening on multiple browsers and PCs. Screenshot below. Hope this is helpful!

Happening to me as well - I can see the pop-up at all on Firefox using a Mac

- Category name set to ZenDesk
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- Target version set to 1.17.1
Zendesk did update their styles.
Deployed as a hotfix.
