Sylle Graves reports:
I'm having an issue with the support/send us a message link; the message box gets hidden behind any other screen I'm in, so that I cannot type in it or send--is this a bug that others have been experiencing? It is happening on multiple browsers and PCs. Screenshot below. Hope this is helpful!

Happening to me as well - I can see the pop-up at all on Firefox using a Mac

It's possible that Zendesk updated their CSS and broke something. Looking into it.

Zendesk did update their styles.

Should be fixed in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/9420fdc969f8aa1f1a667c261c6ffddfed7bee70.

Deployed as a hotfix.
