Description

User Calvin Grispi cannot reset his password, and I don't see him in the user list. His email is I'm mystified.

Can you make it possible for him to reset the password? Thank you!

I'm not sure what the user means by "cannot reset his password" - is there an error message, or a missing email, or something else? I have just gone to https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and triggered a password reset for the user. Could you check with him to see if he got the reset email?

He's all set. He declined to specify whether this was a spam situation, which makes me think it was.
