This is the same problem and user as https://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/14019, but now for sludigitalportfolios.commons.gc.cuny.edu.

Yes, this appears to be the same issue. I've deactivated the bwp-google-xml-sitemaps plugin on sludigitalportfolios.commons.gc.cuny.edu and the Dashboard appears to be accessible again.
