Didn't even know we had form for requesting themes! Here you go:

- What's the name of the plugin/theme?
Modularity Lite

- [plugins] In a few words, what does it do?
It's marketed as a theme for photo-blogs but I use it with a bunch of projects of mine outside of the Commons.

- How is the plugin/theme different from what's already provided on the Commons?
It's one of the easiest and most intuitive themes I've played with for customizing. When I was shopping around for themes for Ground Control I just kept thinking - I wish we had a theme like Mod Lite. It's standard issue over at Wordpress.com so I was surprised not to see it in the theme library.

- What's the potential impact? Who will use it?
Anyone who likes themes. Bloggers.

- Say a little bit about the release history and popularity of the plugin. How many times has it been downloaded? When was it last updated?
182,972 blogs use the Modularity Lite theme over at Wordpress.com. It was released 7/24/10. It's their 24th most popular theme. I didn't see any update info on it.
