I currently use Gravity Forms to allow users to submit blog posts on several sites (e.g., bmcccetls.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ and https://abiseminarsummer21.commons.gc.cuny.edu/), but the built-in functionality is limited. The Advanced Post Creation Add-On would add functionality for generating user-created blog posts.

Yes, this seems fine. We've got the plugin available under our existing Gravity Forms license. It'll be part of our next scheduled maintenance release, which will be on July 13.
