Looks like I ran into a character limit on a forum post title.

Full Title:

"Researching and Evaluating Personal Development Planning and e-Portfolios" - International Residential Seminar

Way it appeared on the site/email notification:

"Researching and Evaluating Personal Development Planning and e-Portfolios" - International Resident

I think it's reasonable to increase the character limit just a bit. We probably don't want to allow whole paragraphs of text, but a bit longer than the present limit is probably okay.

The database column was limited to varchar(100). I doubled it to 200 characters.
