Thanks, Stephen. A few notes:

1. No need to assign a ticket to a person -- Boone or I will do that.
2. Please be very careful about escalating priority. Most tickets should be initially entered as "normal." A routine request like a plugin addition should be set as a normal priority; higher priorities come into play when they are related to issues causing severe or significant problems on the site.
3. When requesting a plugin, please answer questions in this form . If you could update this ticket with that information, I'd appreciate it.

Many thanks!

Thanks, Matt. I appreciate it. Is there a JITP group/project on Redmine? When using Redmine outside of this project, I use it very differently. Within the Library Infrastructure Project I typically forward tickets to a specific tech specialist (most of the time Andre).

Hi Stephen,

There isn't a JITP project but we can certainly create one. That's actually a really great idea that will help with workflow. Better to use redmine than random excel spreadsheets. Want to propose it to the group?

And, yes, sorry about the local culture here, but thanks for your understanding.

No need to apologize. Just was confused. I will open a thread on the commons suggesting Redmine project. Thank you.
