Hi Ray --

A user - - is trying to edit her profile page to choose an affiliation on the NYCDH site ( http://nycdh.org ). When she does so, she runs into the attached error message

can you please help diagnose the problem? thank you. She says the URL she is taken to and on which she sees that error is https://nycdh.org/wp-admin/profile.php
