A bit of research suggests that this is not currently straightforward, due to limitations in the way that Zoom's APIs work. The available plugins for Zoom integration require the creation of a developer key, which is very complex for something as simple as embedding a recording. The official Zoom recommendation https://devforum.zoom.us/t/embed-cloud-recording/14822/5 appears to be to download the recording from Zoom, then upload to a third party like YouTube or Vimeo and embedding from the third party.
