Hi Boone,
One of our members recently reported that when he searched for his name in the directory, only his picture, name, and college were displayed. When I clicked on his name, I could see that there were many more completed fields.
It looks like more info is displaying for some, and less for others, and I think I see a pattern. It looks like members who didn't enter a "title" don't have additional info displaying. Not sure if there's any substance to this claim because I just tested on my profile by removing the title field and I can still see more details than just my college.

Sarah, can you give more details (like the member's name, which you can send via email if you're uncomfortable putting it here), so that I can get a better sense of what the problem is?

No problem, I'll send you his account info. Also, it looks like he added his title (as I suggested) and it hasn't changed the way his information is displayed in the directory.

This is caused not by the Title field, but it has to do with item length and a truncation bug. Note to self: cac_prepare_inline_profile_data() should use bp_create_excerpt():
