Description

I tried to create a group via the toolbar pull down. I clicked the link at the bottom of this drop down menu, and was logged out and sent back to the homepage. I tried several times, and was able to duplicate this error, and tried it in both Firefox and Chrome to verify it wasn't browser specific.

I was able to create the group by clicking on the main navigation menu (under the logo) and clicking on the create group button.

Thanks very much for the report, Michael. May I ask what OS you were using?

Confirmed. The link goes to the wrong place.

You're not being logged out. We're just having some weird issues that sometimes cause the browser cache not to be purged on the home page. Just refresh (or visit a different page) and you'll see that you're logged in.

Confirmed: when I load another page, I am still logged in. But the link still doesn't work... (which I think you know)

Right. It's just pointing to the wrong URL for some reason. (The broad reason is that I typed it wrong when I built the toolbar menu ;) ) http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/create/ should continue to work. Thanks, Michael.
