Event Aggregator plugin?
Another from Amy Wolfe viz ZD:
I’m writing to ask for the plugin “Event Aggregator” to be added to the Commons. This is for use on the CUNY Central Office of Library Services (OLS) new site.
The “Event Aggregator” plugin works with “The Events Calendar” to allow us to import calendar information from CUNY Libraries using the library program LibGuides. The “Event Aggregator” also allows us to import data from iCal, Google Calendar, Eventbrite, Meetup items. Currently the free version only imports using CSV files<https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/importing-data-from-a-csv-file/?utm_source=theeventscalendar&utm_medium=plugin&utm_campaign=tec-onboarding&utm_content=tec-welcome-page>.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Are they asking the Commons to buy it for them? It looks like it's $89. https://theeventscalendar.com/products/event-aggregator/ As a rule, we don't have the funds to buy plugins for individual organizations like this. Events Calendar is something that we offer to all users, but we don't advertise or support it widely, so I'm not sure it's the kind of "official" tool that would fall under the purview of our general budget.
Matt, because this is for OLS, maybe you want to chime in here.
If OLS wants to purchase their own license, there should be no problem installing the plugin for their use.
