Description
see attached. The site https://shortdocs.commons.gc.cuny.edu/ did not have a campus. I added CUNY-wide. Now the campus shows twice.

Somehow the 'cuny-wide' blogmeta got saved twice. The IDs for these two entries were consecutive, which makes me think that there was some sort of double-save or race condition. Given that we haven't seen other reports, I'm not currently too worried about the broader problem here. But I've done two things:
- In https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/5c7cafe154a0439ff5f79a9c4bcbcf498e12cc66 I ensured that duplicates are removed from the campus list in site directories
- I manually deleted the duplicate entry in the production database for the shortdocs.commons site
