Support #1673

Hi - Good idea. I added a new tab on the Help page called "Bug Tracking." Let me know if that works, and if you want to call it something else (or put the link somewhere else). Thanks!
Thanks, Scott. I like the new "bug tracking" tab. But here's what I think we should do:
1. Have that bug tracking tab be a page on the help section that explains our bug tracking system -- it should mention that our process is totally open, that members can submit bugs by emailing us (pls provide email), or that they can participate directly in the process and get updates on their bugs as they are being discussed and fixed by going to our redmine ticketing site. pls mention that redmine requires a separate login but that the sign-up is easy.
Finally, please do add some text on the main help page under the list that ends with "the group for group admins" that says something like "If you run into errors on the site, please get in touch (provide email address). To learn more about our bug tracking processes, please visit (and then link to that new page you just set up).
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks!
Catching up on stuff I missed notifications on... I have done these enhancements - let me know if you like.
Thanks, Scott. Looks good, but can you add, in parentheses, that redmine requires a separate log in? Also, I'd restructure it a bit to say that if people run into problems with the site, they can report bugs in one of three ways:
1. Emailing commons@gc.cuny.edu
2. Using the feedback tab (please attached a screenshot or point to the codex article on the subject
3. Reporting through redmine (requires separate account creation, but allows people to follow progress of tickets)
Thanks,
Matt
