Hi André,
I'm happy to report that JITP is launching tomorrow. May I ask you to remove password protection from the blog? Many thanks.

Hi there, here's some more info in case it helps:
From user Jill: "I am using Chrome, on a iMac at the GC (hardwired, in my office), so I’m on that networked community already
It is redirecting me to this: https://wa.gc.cuny.edu/owa/auth/logon.aspx?url=https://wa.gc.cuny.edu/owa/jitp@gc.cuny.edu/redir.aspx%3FC=3c28a18b7647492383e31155fcc93d5a%26URL=http%253a%252f%252fcuny.is%252fjitp&reason=0
both links (for the guidelines and the general site)
it looks like the standard GC outlook (e-mail) login page. Not sure why it would do that. the other link you sent me (with the commons address) works fine"
From me: I'm having the same problem (from City Tech) but in Firefox (10.0.2) on Windows (5.1 S/P 3). IE (8.0.6) works fine (for once!).

I don't think this has anything to do with the Commons; it has to do with the fact that the user is clicking a link that was originally embedded in an Exchange Web Access email. (I just came across this the other day in an email from mail.cuny.edu, which had nothing to do with the commons.) André may know more.

I think you're right, Boone. I think that the problem has to do with the fact that the emails that went out did not have http:// prefixes on them -- they appear in the email (sent from GC accounts) as cuny.is/jitp instead of http://cuny.is/jitp.

Is any further action required here? Please just close the issue if it's resolved. Thanks!

Nope -- this was entirely our fault. Many apologies and thanks for your help, André and Boone.
