Since #13455, we use a different system for domain mapping. It used to be that wordpress-mu-domain-mapping was force-activated everywhere (and thus hidden from the list) but this changed after it was no longer needed. Ray, just to be absolutely certain: We can remove this plugin from the codebase now, right?
