This is unrelated to the production site, so I'm removing the target version.

André, cdev.gc.cuny.edu is not currently Apache-protected; there should be an .htpasswd check. I believe you used to have it set up at the level of the global Apache settings. Could I have you reinstate this? Thanks.

For the time being, I will shut off email throughout cdev (at the WordPress level).
