Description

Link on notifications should be changed from

http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/members/b[USERNAME]//notifications

to

http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/members/[USERNAME]/settings/notifications/

I've looked through other notification messages, and they appear to be correct -- I think that this problem is particular to friendship requests.

As you can see, I've committed us to fixing this today. Please let me know whether you need me to pitch in.

I have no idea what happened, but I hardcoded the word 'settings' into the URL so it shouldn't happen again in the future (buddypress/bp-friends/bp-friends-notifications.php, line 15)
