Hi All,

We are getting a few messages on zendesk about the Commons being down. I am not seeing any issues site wide however one message was about the Segal center website:

I am getting the "The CUNY Academic Commons is experiencing technical problems. For more details, visit the Commons status blog"
when I visit this mapped domain.

Can you provide insight and/or help resolve this?

I toggled the mapped domain off and then on, and now it appears to be working. Not sure why this would happen. Can you confirm on your end?

Segal site is working now. Weird issue with the mapped domain.

The other message we got in zen desk re: Commons being down:

"Is the CUNY Commons still down? One message says it is. The other message says it's fixed. Thanks."

Not sure if this person is really a member of the commons though. I will follow up with more info once she replies.
