Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log out of https://khatchad.commons.gc.cuny.edu.
  2. Log in to https://khatchad.commons.gc.cuny.edu via the top-right form.
  3. On the OTP page, select "Backup method."
  4. Choose "Email."
  5. The prompt says, "A verification code has been sent to the email address associated with your account."

Expected Result

An email with the OTP arrives.

Actual Result

THe email never comes.

That's odd. I just no received it, but the headers show 8:47 pm, which is before I filed this bug. If I received it, I would have not filed the bug.

I tested the OTP email method and I can also confirm that I receive the OTP verification email, so I'm going to mark this as resolved for now.

FWIW, I sometimes experience delays in receiving email from Redmine to my GMail account. Not sure if that is tangentially related, but thought it was worth noting. Raffi, if you experience additional email delays, feel free to open a new issue.
