closedSite Cloning Not working

Description
Hi All,
A report and request for help from a commons member:
Every year I clone sites I've used for teaching in the past to update for the current year.
This year I attempted to clone:
Each of the three times I attempted to clone the site, the cloned version was largely empty
see here for example:
Can you take a look? Thanks!

When I compare the following two URLs:
https://nyccrime2021.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
https://crimepolice23.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
I note that the latter contains copies of all items from the former that were attributed to Fritz Umbach. This makes sense, because by design, the clone process only keeps content created by an administrator (ie "instructor"). Since Scott Voth is not an Administrator on the source site, the content isn't included in this clone process.
I'd recommend either (a) adding Scott back as an administrator to the source site (assuming he was one at some point) or (b) on the source site, changing the Author attribution for all the items so that they belong to Fritz rather than Scott. Then try the clone again.

Hi All
I think this may be because Scott was an admin and may have left or was removed from teh site so now the info he created is not longer copied in the clone? COuld this be the case?
I told the faculty member that I can switch the pages to reflect them (admin) as author and then try the clone again.
But let me know if you are seeing another issue that might be causing this.
Thanks
