Woo's autoupdater was broken in about three places, and it only worked on single themes anyway, so I wrote my own updater: https://gist.github.com/2571318
This update touches a lot of files, and updates some very old themes. Scott, can I ask you to do some spot checking on cdev? Fire up a couple of WooThemes and see if anything obvious happens - I've checked a random 6-7 myself, and if you did maybe another 10, I'd feel comfortable. Thanks!

Thanks to you both for your work on this.

Hi Boone - I will do some testing and let you know.

When I go to cdev - I only see a couple of Woo Themes available -"The Station" and "Typebased". I activated some sites with these and they worked fine. Sites I expected to test with had their former themes - I guess, since cdev is pretty old - so I couldn't really test with a lot of sites I wanted... But all the new sites I did worked as expected.
Should the rest of the Woo themes appear as options?

Grrr, I forgot to add myself as a watcher, so I didn't get your message. So sorry, Scott.
It looks like most of these themes hadn't been made available on cdev. I've swept through and network enabled all themes. Could I ask you to have another look?
Thanks again - and again, I apologize for not responding sooner!

I've taken care of checking all the Woo themes. One was broken (Typebased). Since no one was using it on the production site, I removed it from the repo. See https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/b310cffd2b9d55d5d651427f7b6b657071edb050
During the process of checking the themes, I also ran Woo's TimThumb updater on each theme. See https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/0c749e20aef0fb0cd25ebee7b709aca1a19799ce
