Yes, but can you first tell me the purpose of the backup? What constitutes a "backup" might be different depending on what you plan to do with it. Do you just need the ability to roll back in case you mess something up?

This is for the Help site Redesign. Just want a backup in case the switch over doesn't work.

Thanks, Scott. I've just made a copy of the database tables and files, current as of about 10 minutes ago. If anything catastrophic happens, I can do a full rollback.
