Description

I just built a conference website, and see that there is are Twitter and RSS symbols in the footer that maybe should be removed? Screenshot attached. They go to https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/twitter/ and https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/activity/feed/

  • Assignee set to Colin McDonald

I think we should remove the Twitter link as well as the Twitter page that it points to.

I like the idea of an RSS link but the one here doesn't seem super useful. Maybe point instead to https://news.commons.gc.cuny.edu/feed?

I'd slated this for the 2.4.0 release later in the spring, but if it's really bothering you we'll do it sooner. https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/6a69921fa761754b09416893a75a952da7b65e3e
