I got the name of the plugin wrong. This plugin does not provide the functionality needed.

Sounds good. Removed in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/cec6ce59ad414042559e17a642b7a5aeccd86c1f. No one is using the plugin, so I removed it altogether. In order to ensure that no one activates it in the next week, I've deployed this change as a hotfix.
