Description
Currently, the Email field renders as a link to a search on the email address. This does not make much sense. Either: render as plaintext, or convert to a mailto link.

Is there any chance that we could sneak the plaintext option into 1.4 or a dot-dot release? 1.5 seems like a long time to wait.

We have long dev cycles, and somehow it's always the new features identified the day before release that are deemed important enough to implement right away. Sigh.
