Description
The 'Send Invites' tab is showing when on a single group for logged-out users and non-group members.
I previously fixed this bug in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/6a7b447afa666c04b863d214ad1687994a7fae51 , but forgot to create a ticket upstream to the Invite Anyone plugin. I've created the ticket here -- https://github.com/boonebgorges/invite-anyone/pull/179 -- and I'm going to reapply the fix for the Commons.

Done in https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cac/commit/a45e7221034ec435bdc68783149f3cdab64e7d46 . Fix is also on production.
I'm going to leave the ticket open for now until the fix is merged into the Invite Anyone plugin.
