I support a CUNY Central initiative called Computing Integrated Teacher Education. We were in touch a while ago about adding the Draw Attention plugin to Commons. 

I'm helping build a new web resource and was wondering if it would be possible to install this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-hover-effects-ultimate-visual-composer/

It's a simple hover effect, and might be possible to implement without the plugin. But I wanted to quickly run this by you and see what you think - in case you think the plugin might be of interest to the larger Commons user base. If so, I can formally fill the plugin requst form with more details.
