closedPage error upon accepting group membership request

Description
Visited the Commons website to allow someone into a group following a membership request. Hit "accept" and then was taken to the error screen shown in the attached screenshot.
It looks like the user in question was accepted to the group.

Matt,
I know you're taking care of your family in Philly, but I wanted to update this quickly before the 1.4.9 release. I've been trying to reproduce with no luck.
I'm curious if you've seen this issue more than once? It's possible that this could have been a onetime network issue. The URL in your screenshot looks good so I'm not saying there were server related issues when accepting this request, only that it's possible. I know such a general possibility is kind of a copout, but I wanted to bring it up anyway.
Also, do you remember how much time passed between the original request and your acceptance? There might have been an issue with the nonce if too much time had elapsed?

A nonce problem would throw a WordPress error, I think - it wouldn't be a browser thing.
My money is on Dom's guess that this was a temporary network hiccup.
