I suddenly (since the migration, maybe?) can't add new users to this site https://cilc.commons.gc.cuny.edu/.
In another Commons site that I tested, dashboard, users, add new user or dashboard, users, add existing user triggers a pop-up called "Select People." But in the cilc site, the pop-up does not appear, and I get redirected to this screen https://cilc.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/?onboarding=launch.

The second part shows how it does work in the ILETC site!

Looks like there's a bug in the wp-accessibility plugin, where if you don't have the 'toolbar' feature activated https://cilc.commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-accessibility, JavaScript breaks on the admin pages. Either deactivate the plugin, or activate the toolbar.
