Description
We should add the new Twenty Twelve theme to the site - http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/twentytwelve for all sorts of reasons, including its provenance and the fact that it adds another responsive theme to our site. I'd also make this the default theme of the site; Boone, do you agree?

Twenty Twelve will be the default theme in v3.5. That release is right around the corner - Beta 2 was released on the 13th of this month. Couldn't we just wait for that upgrade? Or are we not going to move to 3.5 right away?
Boone, if we're going to hold off on 3.5 I'm happy take this issue off you hands and get Twenty Twelve added to the repo for the 1.4.9 release. Let me know what you think woks best.

Dom, we're going to go ahead and do this now, as it only takes a second.
Theme added and set as default in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/0de9eeab00aaac523e2ca260727289a064afc375. I'll also have to make some settings adjustments after release to the New Blog Defaults settings as well. https://github.com/castiron/cac/wiki/Release-ACTION_REQUIRED-list
