Description

Hi All,

I recently created a group and invited Luke, Sule, and Zach as admins: https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/critical-ai-literacy-reading-group/

When Luke joined the group, he was not added as an admin. I later had to change his role in thr group manage interface.

I created another group to try to recreate this issue and test if there is a bug.

I created this group https://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/public-group/

And invited Colin and Scott as admins, see screenshots.

Colin and Scott, can you accept the invite and check if you are added as an admin?

I also accepted and was made an admin. Not sure what's going on, but it's similar enough to #21863 that I'll mention it here in case it helps.

I just tried this again and was able to invite my testing account as an admin to a group I created with my main account. After discussing this in the call on Friday, I'm marking this as resolved due to user error or a temporary blip.
