Ran theme check and didn't see anything to get worried over. There were some warnings and "required" errors but mainly just for missing best practices (like license URI in style.css). I also glanced through the template files and functions.php and js; everything looks pretty good. Code is clean and not trying to do anything other than what you'd expect a WP theme to try and do.

Andrew, the 1.4.10 release is now live, and the Sight theme is available for use on the GC Digital Scholarship Lab site.
