Steve Brier writes:
Hi, Matt. A minor annoyance. Why does the "From:" line on email notification of a blog post say "WordPress" instead of "CUNY Academic Commons?" Just curious (I'd obvious prefer the latter; sorta pride of ownership).
Best,
Steve

I believe this can be considered either a duplicate or at least related to http://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/2235.

- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
Fixed in https://github.com/castiron/cac/commit/69bdd6745992056b7cc5d79769e7fc4fb5b0b162
#2235 is a slightly different issue, because of the way that digest emails are triggered. I've got a fix coming up for that one next.

Ever since we resolved this issue (at least, I think that's when it started), the commons@gc.cuny.edu has received vacation responder messages from members in response to email notifications. Not the end of the world, but it is annoying. Any way to solve that aside from a noreply@ address, or is it just the price of having our own address in the 'from' line?
