Description

Steve Brier has had this document (http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/groups/arc-inequalities-seminar/docs/inequalities-course-calendar/) open for nearly a day--so long he doesn't remember opening it. However, the document has remained locked to Steve and none of the rest of us can access it to edit it. Can the lock time out for inactivity?

Hi Jen,

This is a known bug (http://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/1542) that sometimes occurs when people close a window while working on a doc without saving/exiting. Just FYI until we fix it, group admins can force-cancel the lock by clicking on the lock message and following the directions there. I've done that in this case, so you should be all set.
