CUNY Academic Commons

Hi Scott. This morning I added a plugin called BP Group Announcements to the Commons In A Box package. (See https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/commons-in-a-box/issues/32#issuecomment-10718476). Could I ask you to create a documentation page for it on commonsinabox.org? In a nutshell, the plugin:

- removes the What's New box from the group home page
- creates a new Announcements tab on groups, which lists group updates ("announcements") for all members, and also shows the What's New box to group and site admins

This is pretty much what we have running on CAC, with the exception that there is currently no "email this update" checkbox.
