I looked at four or five other blogs (news, dev, and a few member blogs), and all seemed to be okay.

The Recent Blog Posts widget you were using on the Help blog was out of date, and was causing the rest of the page not to load.
I swapped it out for the new and improved widget and the admin bar is back.
